An ‘electrical outage’ in Chester has left some homes in the area with no water this evening.
The exact number of homes in the Chester area to have been affected by the power outage and lack of water has not been confirmed – nor is there an estimation as to when services will resume as normal.
A statement released by Dee Valley website says: “Customers in the Chester area may be experiencing poor pressure or no water. This is following an electrical power dip or outage in the area which has tripped pumps feeding the area. The pumps have now been restarted and pressure should not start to return to normal.
“We apologise for any inconvenience caused but be assured we are doing everything possible to restore suppies as soon as possible.
